All Shella Bella Beauty purchases are made with care and intention. While we do not offer refunds, we believe in second chances to find your perfect Glow.

If a product doesn't align with your skincare or beauty ritual, eligible items may be exchanged for Glow Credit (store credit) within 14 days of delivery.

Glow credit is issued as a digital balance and never expires — giving you the freedom to discover another radiant favorite from our collection.

To initiate a request, contact us at  customerservice@shellabellabeauty.com with  your order number and reason for exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
